The domain
Frederic Ramain directs his 40 ha vineyard using organic methods, favoring manure and cover crop to obtain healthy and tasty grapes.
His winemaking know-how allows him to develop highly appreciated products.
The wines
A few miles from Aigues Mortes (about 10 kms), towards Saintes Maries de la Mer, you can not miss the Caveau du Chêne on your right. Spacious, with its old barrels, the cellar is nestled in the ancient cellar, all preserved in its original state, .
