The domain

Our cellar’s history began in 1952, when the private cellar of the Sablons became a Cooperative Winery. The, it merged with two other Cooperative Wineries from Aigues-Mortes, the Saint Louis Cellars and the Môle Winery to form the entity SABLEDOC.

The Sablons Wine Shop was created in 2004, followed by production of Vins de Sable, Branded “Dune”. Products with terroir and a focus on local artists are displayed in the stores.

Between 2006 and 2007, was a merger between the Cooperative Winery les ” Remparts’ and SABLEDOC. In 2008 at the foot of the fortified city of Aigues-Mortes, the Remparts Cooperative Winery would become their new wine shop.

Today a hundred cooperative member write the history of the brand DUNE. The vineyard of the Cooperative Winery des Sablons covers an area of 580 hectares spread over the communes of Aigues-Mortes, Saint Laurent d’Aigouze and Vauvert.

The wines

The sandy soil loaded with the sediment of the Rhône, the sunny climate, the sea breeze favoring the ripening of grapes, the grape varieties adapted to the soil, the art of the winemakers, the environmentally-friendly farming methods, the night harvests that preserve the best fruit aromas, winemaking done in our cellar by our oenologist, aging in tanks for freshness or on the lees for roundness … It is this alchemy that allows us to help you discover vins “gris”, rosés and whites, fresh, elegant and fruity, A REFLECTION OF THE TERROIR OF THE PETIT CAMARGUE.

These wines with complex aromas will bring you happiness of your summer meals. They are consumed fresh and they accompany grilled meats, fish, and summer salads.
